LBSCO is a full-service solution that will not only allow you to simplify the management of your Elementary School Milk Program, but also your school lunch program through our easy-to-use online ordering platform.
Your staff will save time by not having to manage orders or collect payments, and the built-in fundraising component ensures that proceeds from every milk and lunch order are donated back to the school. Schools that use LBSCO raise an average of $8,000/year*.
How it works:
Since 1986, the Elementary School Milk Program (ESMP) has been providing Ontario elementary students with milk daily so that they stay healthy and ready to learn. Milk is a convenient way to add a serving of 15 essential nutrients to every child’s day, helping them stay energetic and meet their
bone-building needs.
Milk was produced with the highest rigour prior to COVID-19;
the Dairy Farmers of Ontario continue to take additional
precautions to ensure milk is brought to schools in
risk-free ways.

About the Elementary School Milk Program
- Parents place orders and pay for milk and lunches on LBSCO platform.
- LBSCO sends the weekly milk order to your milk vendor.
- The vendor delivers the milk to the school one week before the scheduled hand-out.
- LBSCO sends weekly delivery reports Monday morning to the school contact(s) and milk coordinator. The delivery reports are organized by delivery day and classroom for easy distribution to students.
- The school hands out the milk to students daily. If a student is absent, the milk will be provided to that student the next school day.
- LBSCO pays the vendor weekly on behalf of the school.
